Most handcrafted physical items require approximately 2–5 business days of processing before shipment. Availability and project requirements can affect timing; we'll contact you about delays.
Digital design requests
Timelines vary by project type and may include communication, previews, and revisions before completion.
Shipping
Tracking information is provided by email after your physical order is completed and shipped. Contact us if you have concerns about your package.
Returns and order concerns
Because items are personalized, sales are generally final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
